Not every gap in a company is at the leadership level. Sometimes what’s missing is a specific operational specialist — someone in charge of logistics, quality, or accounting — and without them, operations grind to a halt. Interim specialists start quickly, bring narrow and deep expertise, and their mandate is usually shorter and more specifically scoped than for executive roles.

Roles we fill

The three most commonly requested operational positions. Click to expand the details.

Logistics planner+

A logistics planner manages the day-to-day operation of transport and warehousing — planning routes, coordinating suppliers and carriers, and resolving delays and disruptions in real time. Without one, a company quickly falls behind: late deliveries, full warehouses, frustrated customers.

  • Sudden departure or long-term illness of the current logistics planner
  • A seasonal peak the regular team can’t handle
  • Rolling out a new logistics system or switching carriers
Quality manager+

A quality manager is responsible for maintaining standards, inbound and outbound quality control, and preparing for certification audits (ISO, IATF, and similar). Without one, the company risks complaints, losing certification, or problems with a key customer.

  • The regular quality manager is unavailable ahead of a planned audit
  • Rolling out a new quality management system
  • An acute quality issue with a key customer
Interim accountant+

An interim accountant covers bookkeeping, prepares documentation for tax filings or year-end closing, and communicates with auditors or the tax authority. This is most often a stand-in role, not a long-term transformation.

  • Covering for parental leave, illness, or an accountant’s resignation
  • Preparing for a year-end closing or audit without internal capacity
  • Temporary overload in accounting during company growth

Pricing is based on the ManDay model (one working day, 8 hours) and is usually lower for specialists than for executive roles — reflecting lower seniority and a narrower scope of responsibility. The notice period is just 30 days.
