This has never happened before! Last Thursday morning, July 20th, we received an inquiry for an interim HR manager position right after dawn. As always, we immediately began reviewing our database, which this month exceeded 200 interim managers.
We were fortunate and had a candidate within half an hour of the inquiry. We immediately sent them to the client. The client was thrilled with the candidate and proposed an interview that same day at 3:00 PM.
It was already clear during the interview that we had hit the client’s requirements exactly with our candidate. Moreover, the candidate knew some people at the client company from previous projects. By the end of the interview, it was evident that everything fit together perfectly. On Friday, the client confirmed they would accept the manager.
On Tuesday morning, July 24th, our interim manager is already in the client’s headquarters lobby and ready to take on the project. If I’m counting correctly, we completed the entire process in just 3 business days!
