Today brought another challenge to our company as our Interim Manager commenced an escalation project in the logistics sector. This project aims to manage a crisis in the logistics chain at one of the Czech suppliers that provides critical components for one of the most significant automotive companies.
Why Logistics Escalation?
Processes in the logistics industry can be complex and prone to difficulties, which can significantly impact production and distribution. In this escalation case, we are dealing with a major Czech automotive supplier whose problems are affecting the entire logistics chain for the automotive company. Our client is directly the automotive company, which approached us with an urgent request to resolve this situation.
Interim Manager with Vision
Our Interim Manager brings extensive experience and enthusiasm to lead this project. He has rich expertise in logistics and crisis management. The Interim Manager will provide daily reports to the automotive company on project progress and current situation developments.
