The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 360022.

For providing our services and operating our websites, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

I. Processing of Personal Data
A. Contact Form

If you inquire about our services, we will work with your contact information: full name, email, phone number, company name, position, Company ID, social media links.
Purpose: contact for service arrangements.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 point b) GDPR – contract negotiations.
Retention period: max. 2 years from last communication.

B. Newsletters

If you consent to the processing of personal data, we will use your email address to send newsletters.
Legal basis: § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.
Retention period: max. 2 years from last purchase, unsubscribe at any time.

C. Consultation Booking Form

If you book a consultation, we process your contact information: name, email, phone, company name.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 point b) GDPR – contract negotiations.
Retention period: max. 2 years from last communication.

D. Candidate Database – Big HR Management S.R.O.

I hereby grant BIG HR Management s.r.o., which operates Big Interim, consent to process my personal data and maintain them in the CRM system for the purposes of recruitment for interim or employment positions.

The company is authorized to:

  • contact candidates for the purpose of offering participation in recruitment processes,

  • process personal data for the purpose of profiling suitable job positions,

  • process personal data during and when evaluating recruitment processes,

  • transfer data to clients who are seeking suitable job positions,

  • send job offers and marketing information (by email or phone).

Consent is granted for a period of 5 years, unless revoked earlier. Refusal or revocation of consent does not result in any negative consequences. Consent can be revoked by email to info@biginterim.cz, in writing, or in person at the company’s registered office.

II. Access to Data

Only Adoptimal Technology s.r.o. and BIG HR Management s.r.o. and their authorized processors who participate in website operation or service provision have access to the data.
We process personal data only within the EU territory.

III. Additional Information
  • We do not have a designated data protection officer.

  • No automated decision-making or profiling is performed (except for basic profiling for candidate recruitment purposes).
